What to Expect:

All sessions begin with a video call, during which any areas of particular focus can be discussed. Then the session begins - you'll just need to find a quiet, undisturbed setting in which to relax. We'll check your energetic flow using a dowsing pendulum, then begin clearing your energy field with techniques such as smoke cleansing, sound healing, and selenite crystals.

Specific crystals will also be placed on and around the body for treatment (the time this process takes varies depending on the session booked). During this time, you should focus on deep breathing and relaxation - you may experience a range of sensations, no sensation at all, or emotions coming to the surface.

At the end of the session, we'll sound a Tibetan singing bowl three times. Then you can slowly move your fingers and toes before getting up and having a glass of water to help you ground yourself.
