For years I enjoyed a successful career focused on helping people get back to everyday life after injury, illness, or trauma. But I yearned for an opportunity to give myself more freedom and the ability to enjoy all that life has to offer. After ten years of working as a physical therapist assistant, I was burnt out from following corporate dictates and drained of positive energy. This led to depression and anxiety, which eventually caused my physical body to break down, and I lost both of my jobs.

To begin my journey of transformation, I looked to holistic methods that would allow me the freedom to focus on my well-being while helping others do the same without all the restrictions that come with corporate rules. To this end, I became a Certified Crystal Practitioner via the Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy and studied crystal healing, aromatherapy, spiritual alchemy, elemental healing, and more with Athena Perrakis. I am also a certified Usui Reiki Master and Crystal Reiki Master, as taught by Lisa Powers. Additionally, I have a passion for Meditation, Aromatherapy & Sound Therapy and love including them when appropriate for clients.

These areas of energy work have brought tremendous transformation, peace, and happiness into my life and the lives of my family.
