What to Expect

All sessions begin with a video call done through zoom to see if there is anything, in particular, you would like to focus on during the session. Once we are ready to begin, you simply need to pick a quiet, undisturbed setting to relax in during the entire session. 

All sessions begin with a video call on Zoom, giving us an opportunity to discuss anything specific that you would like covered during your session. Then, we use a dowsing pendulum to check your energetic flow of each chakra. Once a basis has been established, we proceed by clearing any stubborn energy blockages or negative energy through smoke cleansing, crystal work (with selenite), and sound therapy (such as rattle, tingsha, or other crystal healing tools).

We then use crystal healing to place stones on or around your body. You might experience sensations of warmth, tingling, buzzing, heaviness, or nothing at all during this time. Reiki treatment may also be performed. Once the session is over, we sound a Tibetan singing bowl three times and remove all but one crystal from your energy field.

Take a few minutes to slowly prepare yourself to get up off the ground by wiggling your fingers and toes, followed by having a glass of water for grounding yourself afterward. We will reach out after the session to check in with you about how it went and provide our findings.

Lastly, please remember to send us back the paperwork filled out so that we can complete your client file. All documentation is kept secure and confidential in accordance with HIPAA standards.
